By accessing or using FulfilOS ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FulfilOS provides automated order routing and courier selection for D2C brands. Features, pricing, and availability may change at our discretion.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including reverse engineering, attempting unauthorized access, or using it for unlawful purposes.
Paid plans are billed according to the agreed terms. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You grant FulfilOS the rights necessary to receive, process, and route order data on your behalf. You remain the owner of your data.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, or third-party outages may impact the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FulfilOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Either party may terminate the agreement per the plan terms. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
